About me

HELLO my name is Ellie, the face behind ellenutrition. I am a passionate nutritionist with three young kids all under the age of 6.

Prior to having my kids I completed a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Nutritional Medicine at university.

Being a busy mum; I totally understand the challenges we face when it comes to raising happy, healthy eaters. I am passionate about helping families transform their health and wellbeing.

I believe in the popular saying- Food is Medicine. Sometimes, that’s the first place we need to start. I love creating new recipes that the whole family will love and that are lunchbox approved.

My areas of clinical interest include the introduction of solids, fussy eating, eczema, asthma, allergies and intolerances, recurrent illnesses, growth and development, and gut health. Within treatment I will utilize nourishing foods, lifestyle interventions, hair compatibility testing and supplementation through customized treatment plans to achieve optimal results.

Ellie is registered with the Australian-Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).
